How did it start?

When I first came to Albania, it was just an ordinary trip. I was looking for a place to relax from the daily hustle and bustle, where I could breathe fresh air and gain new strength. I had no idea that this trip would change my life. Albania literally enchanted me – beautiful nature, crystal clear beaches, majestic mountains and endless peace. But what struck me most was the humanity and friendliness of the local people. Their sincerity, warmth and willingness to help showed me a completely new perspective on the world.

I felt so good there that I decided to take a big step during this trip – to buy an apartment. It was a challenge, but at the same time the best decision of my life.

I gradually began to understand not only the culture and way of life of the Albanians, but also the local real estate market. As I built my new home, I made contacts, learned the processes, and discovered how buying real estate works in this country. And it is because of this that I decided to help others.

Today, I not only live in Albania, but also work there. I can confidently say that I know the local market like the back of my hand.
